Dark Wheat Recipe Set

The recipe has been set for this weekend's brew. The alcohol level came out a bit on the high side but the grain has been bought and mixed so there's no going back now. The original recipe is for a dunkelweizen but I much prefer the clean finish on American wheat beers so the yeast was swapped out. The moral of the story is I'm calling it a dark wheat for now. If the alcohol comes out as predicted it'll be a big dark wheat.
